We know the pitfalls of filming and are here to ensure they do not befall you. What sort of property is suitable? Almost anything!! There is a constant demand for a wide variety of properties so we are happy to accept most locations so long as they fit the necessary criteria. Our most widely used properties are within a 50 mile radius of Central London. Rooms should be no less than 16ft x 12ft to accommodate a film crew plus equipment. Adequate parking for film vehicles nearby is important. Intrusive aircraft, traffic or rail noise can make sound recording difficult and may affect the use of a location for filming. How much can I earn? Anything from hundreds to thousands of pounds a day, depending on the property and the type of production. We can give you an accurate estimate of potential fees as soon as a production shows interest in your location. Protecting your Privacy All information relating to your property is held on our secure database. A code number identifies any photographs only. In this way your privacy is protected and we will only introduce clients to you with your permission. What do we do for you? We act as your agents, vet clients, negotiate fees, ensure that all the relevant insurance associated with filming are in place, prepare a comprehensive contract with the production company, including such details as level of insurance, hours of filming, overtime rates etc. We collect your location fee and upon receipt of your invoice will pay you your fee minus our commission. We also offer a discounted commission rate in return for sole agency. We also have NO REGISTRATION FEE. All the marketing of your property and being included on our website is FREE. What do you have to do? We need the best possible photos of all the rooms that are of a suitable size. Please remember to photograph all the different angles of the rooms. We never know what we might be asked for so if you have a large bathroom include shots. It is very important to take pictures of the front and back of house and the garden aswell. Please try to take shots in the daylight because flash photography does not flatter any room. Please send us photographic prints and where possible a CD with the images on. We ask for the prints as we have a working library and need these in order to give your property full exposure both in the library and on our website.
