This will confirm the arrangement whereby the Owner has kindly agreed to grant the Agent (Lavish) the right to represent

For the purpose of obtaining Filming/Stills Photographic/Press Launches work for the Premises under the following terms and conditions:

• The Owner warrants that he/she is the owner (or Legal Representative of the owners) of the Freehold/Leasehold of the Premises and is therefore free to enter into this Agreement without having to obtain consents from any other person or persons.

• The Owner agrees that the Agent shall have the right to publicise for the purpose of obtaining work for the Premises, photographs of the Premises in the Agents Photographic library and on the Agents Web site and other Web sites as the agent may see fit.

• The Owner agrees to pay the Agent a commission of 20% on all fees resulting from Filming and or Stills Photography taking place at the premises as negotiated by the Agent, such commission to exclude any fees engendered by overtime payments.

• The Owner agrees that he/she will notify the Agent in writing of any major changes, either structural or decorative which are carried out at the Premises after the signing of this agreement, and in the event of a sale of the Premises to notify the Agent in the Same manner.


The Agent warrants that no details of the Premises other than an identifying code number will appear on any web site featuring the Premises, or on any file of photographs made available to potential clients.
